Who we are

TNG Property Management (“TNG”, “we”, “us”) manages short-term rentals for property owners in Muskoka and across Ontario. Our address is 1029 Rosseau Lake Rd 1, Windermere, ON P0B 1P0. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website.

• What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, phone number, the services you are interested in, and anything you write about your property.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages requested, and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We do not collect payment card details or government identification through this website. Information collected once you become a client is covered by your management agreement and our onboarding process.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation about your property
• To assess whether our services suit your property and goals
• To keep this website secure, prevent misuse, and fix technical problems
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We use your information only for the purposes above, or for a purpose we tell you about at the time we collect it.

Your consent

By submitting the contact form, you agree that we may contact you by phone about your enquiry and that we may handle your information as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue responding to your enquiry.

Marketing messages

We do not send marketing emails or text messages unless you have given us consent under CASL. Any commercial message we send will identify us, include our contact details, and give you a way to unsubscribe at no cost.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run this website and handle enquiries, such as our website hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (Google). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
• Authorities, when we are required to by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

Storage outside Canada

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While your information is in another country, it is subject to that country’s laws, and courts and authorities there may be able to access it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards for the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• Give you access to it
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete it, where we no longer need it

Send your request to info@tngproperty.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (1-800-282-1376).

Children

This website is for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this website.
